Diana Castore is a dance educator, choreographer, artistic director, and former professional performer with over two decades of experience across commercial, stage, and pre-professional training environments. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Dance With Me Dance Studio in Bayonne, New Jersey, a nationally recognized institution now in its 22nd year, where she has developed comprehensive training programs and led an award-winning competitive company.
She is the creator of The Castore Method™, a comprehensive training philosophy developed over decades of professional practice. The method integrates technical foundation, musicality, performance presence, and artistic identity, with a strong emphasis on discipline, rehearsal methodology, and performance readiness. Her approach prepares dancers not only for technical excellence, but for confident, expressive performance in professional settings.
Diana’s professional performance experience includes work with internationally recognized artists such as Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey, as well as television appearances on MTV’s The Grind. These experiences inform her teaching with real-world industry insight and performance-driven training.
In addition to her work in the studio, she is the founder of Epic Talent, a consulting firm supporting dancers and institutions in professional development, curriculum design, and artistic direction. Diana is also a masterclass instructor, guest educator, and adjudicator, recognized for her contributions to dance education and artist development.
